Terms of Service
These Terms of Service explain the rules for using BeaderDesk, a bead pattern design application for creating, reading, managing, and exporting bead pattern projects.
1. Using BeaderDesk
You may use BeaderDesk to create bead pattern charts, manage projects, follow Reader Mode, track materials, and export pattern files according to your plan. You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for all activity on your account.
2. Your content
You keep ownership of the patterns, project files, images, text, brand assets, and other content you create or upload. You grant BeaderDesk permission to store, process, display, and export that content only as needed to provide the service.
3. Acceptable use
You agree not to use BeaderDesk to:
- Upload content you do not have the right to use.
- Copy, distribute, or sell another person's pattern without permission.
- Interfere with the security, availability, or operation of the service.
- Use automated scraping, abuse, or reverse-engineering that harms the service.
4. Plans and payments
Free and paid plans may include different project limits, export capabilities, inventory tools, branding options, and seller features. Paid subscriptions are handled by Stripe. Prices, plan limits, and included features may change, but active customers will be given reasonable notice where required.
5. Exports and seller use
BeaderDesk can generate pattern exports and seller bundle files from your project data. You are responsible for reviewing exported files before selling, publishing, printing, or sharing them.
6. Service availability
We work to keep BeaderDesk reliable, but the service may be unavailable during maintenance, updates, outages, or events outside our control.
7. No professional advice
BeaderDesk provides design and productivity tools. It does not provide legal, tax, accounting, marketplace, or business advice.
